Biography

Jarvis M. De León joined Frasier, Frasier, & Hickman in early September of 2024. He grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After high school, he continued his studies at Southern Nazarene University on a soccer scholarship earning a Bachelors' degree in History and Political Science. During law school, Mr. De León served as a President of the Hispanic Law Student Association, President of the Immigration Legal Society, and was a member of the Oklahoma City University Hispanic Law Journal - La Prensa. Mr. De León graduated in 2024 and the Faculty Honor Roll and was awarded the Pro Bono Service Award from the Oklahoma City University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.

Mr. De León is an advocate for immigrant rights, worker rights and education. He co-founded and serves as the Vice-President of Guatemaltecos en Oklahoma Association. During his spare time Mr. De León enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing soccer, community involvement and boxing.
