More than the power of negotiation, unions allow for legal guarantees not normally accessible to individualized organizations. An example: workers are more likely to have guaranteed pensions than non-union employees.

Additionally, at the office of Frasier, Frasier & Hickman LLP, as a Union-Plus Legal Member, you’re entitled to:

  • Free Consultations
    There is no limit on the number of consultations, provided each is about a separate matter. However, there is a 30-minute limit on any one consultation.
  • Free Document Review
    You are provided an oral explanation of terms and your questions are answered.
  • Free Follow-Up Services
    If your lawyer thinks a phone call or letter will solve the problem, then it will be done at no cost to you.
  • 30% Discount on Additional Services
    Facing a larger legal matter? Frasier, Frasier & Hickman LLP will charge you only 70% of the lawyer’s normal fee.
  • Written Fee Agreement
    An agreement on fees will be provided. This protects you and prevents any surprises.
  • Grievance Procedure
    In the unlikely event of a disagreement with your lawyer regarding fees or other matters, the Union-Plus Legal Services program will try to resolve the dispute through informal mediation, or if necessary, arbitration.
  • Exclusions
    Matters against any Union-related organization or Union official are not included. In addition, Frasier, Frasier & Hickman LLP is not obligated to take every case.
